Our inaugural cohort begins August 2026!

In today’s world, effective leadership isn’t just about delegating and directing. It’s about coaching. That's why we’ve designed a transformative coach-education journey for working professionals who want to lead differently: not by command, but by empowerment.

Whether you're a coach pursuing ICF certification or a leader seeking to strengthen your coaching approach, this five-month program will equip you with the mindset, skills, and framework to confidently lead transformational conversations, build trust, and inspire sustainable growth in others.

Your enrollment includes everything required for Level 1 (ACC) ICF credentialing:

60 coaching training hours

10 required mentor coaching hours

A complete pathway to meet ICF education standards in one integrated program

Program Dates

Required cohort trainings will be held virtually from 8am-5pm Pacific Time on:

September 9 & 10, 2026
October 7 & 8, 2026
November 11 & 12, 2026
December 9 & 10, 2026

Inaugural Cohort

$3,000

Shape a program that is actively in the ICF accreditation process
All training and mentor-coaching hours will count retroactively toward ICF credentialing*
Receive training at a reduced rate (future cohorts will be priced at $4,500)

*This program is currently in the ICF accreditation process. Upon approval, all training and mentor coaching hours will be recognized retroactively for ICF credentialing.
