What it's all about

Being a high-level leader takes a toll on your body, mind & spirit. Without careful attention to your holistic well-being, it’s easy to succumb (or become numb) to fatigue, stress, and overwhelm. You may even begin to question your purpose.

That’s why we designed this 3-Day, 3-Night micro retreat for women leaders.

Because you don’t need more things to do. You need more ways to be.

Our Story

In 2021, our paths crossed in a doctor of leadership program. That connection kicked off a journey that took the four of us all over the world learning new ways of unleashing leadership potential. As top-level leaders ourselves, we have decades of experience facing the same obstacles you face every day. Based on our research and doctoral education, we have re-oriented our careers to help women leaders like you experience a new kind of freedom in your work and life. This summit is our way of inviting you into the journey with us.
