What Topics Will We Cover?

module 1

Week 1: Who Am I Now?

The first of four workshops in our series will introduce the concept of legacy and the importance of contemplating one's career and core values. Participants will engage in discussions about their career aspirations, motivations, and desired outcomes, setting the stage for personal growth and exploration in the sessions to follow.

 

 

 

Module 2

Week 2: Who Do I Want to Be?

In our second workshop, we will look at values of inspirational figures in your life and conducting a self-audit to identify personal pain, purpose, passion, and how it contributes to your preferred legacy. Participants will analyze these influences shaping their lives as they explore their narratives and envision their futures.

 

 

 

Module 2

Week 3: What is My Passion?

The third workshop will delve into crafting a legacy credo and developing an execution plan for the second half of life. Through exercises centered on exploring the Vocational Triangle, attendees will draw inspiration from their admired figures and past work experiences. Emphasizing the importance of leveraging existing knowledge and experiences, the session encourages participants to embrace their unique journeys and avoid reinventing the wheel.

 

Module 2

Week 4: Letting Go and Planning Ahead

In the fourth and final week, participants will focus on overcoming barriers to success, including internal and external challenges. The agenda includes practical steps for leadership development, fostering empowerment, and addressing personal and systemic obstacles. Through introspective exercises and discussions on overcoming barriers, attendees will be encouraged to seek support, address health and financial concerns, and embrace uncertainty as they chart their futures.
