Leadership Lab with Vanilda Reyes de Noyes - June 24, 10-11:30am PDT

Anxiety is a common experience, especially in leadership. Whether it is our own anxiety or anxiety within our team, we can all benefit from learning how to better manage our emotional health.

Join us for a 90-minute virtual workshop with Vanilda Reyes de Noyes, therapist and leadership coach to explore Managing Anxiety in Leadership - an informative, evidence-based, supportive space to learn about our own anxiety and how to help others.

In this interactive workshop, participants will:

  • Define and explore current statistics of anxiety

  •  Gain valuable insights on how to recognize your own anxiety, as well as support your team members who may be struggling

  •  Learn and practice skills for anxiety management

We all experience anxiety but we can learn strategies to make anxiety more manageable. This workshop offers practical tools to improve resilience and well-being in you and your team.
